We thoroughly believe in the benefits of the Martial Arts and enjoy teaching others the self-empowerment that comes through learning self defense as taught in the Kenpo system.
We also love showing others that in the Martial Arts, as in life, anything can be accomplished when approached with dedication, perseverance and an unbreakable spirit.
